Scarlet: The Lunar Chronicles
By: Marissa Meyer|454 Pages|Book Rating: 8.3/10
The sequel to Cinder is quite more exhilarating as the book turns more towards the European Commonwealth and Levanas true intentions are revealed. This book was not as boring in between, it had a stronger connection with the readers as Scarlet if going through many emotions, including betrayal. Same goes for this book alot of Darth Vader vibes, and more robots against and amongths people. |
Cinder: The Lunar Chronicles
BY: Marissa Meyer| 390 Pages|Book Rating 7.5/10
A great book with never ending cliffhangers, an amazing start to The Lunar Chronicles. A ruthless Queen on the moon trying to take over Earth, and a deadly plaque with no cure slowly picking off humans one by one. A mechanic named cinder gets twisted in the fate of the Commonwealth and soon the whole planet of Earth. The rightful heir on Luna hiding on Earth waiting for the time to strike Queen Levana and save Luna and Earth from her treacheries. \ There's nothing that I didn't enjoy other than the fact that the chapters were sometimes a drag as they were to long and I was zoning out alot in the middle. If you like Star Wars or the Terminator, then you might like this book as the book has robots, and a lot of space involved. |
